Hey you lovely souls. The earth is starting to thaw a bit and everyone around here is getting the spring fever. Spring is a great time to create some new routines/rhythms/habits and figure out what your mind, body, and soul need to rekindle that wild balance of yours. I know, that sounds a bit overwhelming, but i assure you it is incredibly SIMPLE. This March i am offering free wellness chats to help you get the ball rolling. But, first, lets just all agree that "wellness" or "well-being" as i like to refer to it is more than JUST eating well or JUST exercising. There are so many facets to feeling well in one's being. So while all of this sounds wonderful and important as a whole...its hard for there to be equal percentage in each category. Some days you will forget to exercise or have a good nights sleep or eat a balanced meal and i am going to tell you now that that is most definitely okay. It will be in your ability to access yourself and your needs on a daily basis to give yourself more or less of something.
