Come and gather with some amazing mamas for a day of restoration and creating space in mind, body, soul, and environment. Enjoy a slow flow restorative yoga practice, a discussion on creativity and building personal holistic habits, seated massage therapy, and customized journal creation. Snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the day, as well as a delicious homemade plant-forward luncheon. You’ll depart feeling lighter, brighter, and toting your new journal and special goody bag.
All ages and stages of motherhood welcome! This retreat is designed to focus on mama as an individual, but breastfeeding participants will have ample space and opportunity to pump as needed.
9-10am Relaxed Arrival - take time for a deep breath, friendly chat or quiet walk through the beautiful grounds.
10am-11:30am - Slow and restorative yoga and breath practice
12 noon - luncheon served
1pm-2pm - “Creating Space” discussion
2pm-3pm - “Reflection & Self-Connection” creative journaling activity
3pm-4pm - closing and free time to relax, socialize and enjoy the grounds
Beverages and light snacks served throughout the day. Please bring your own yoga mat and small blanket, extras will be available upon request.
